Project Work - Teacher Guide

SELECTION OF PW BY TEACHERS

After login, proceed to "Project Work".

If you have selected project works to mentor, you will see your list of projects. Otherwise, you will see the link to bring you to the Project Works Listing.

The project work listings will show you the list of all the projects that the students have created online in this portal.

Scroll ldown to the PW that you are interested and click on the title to view the details of the proposal.

Using the teacher account, you will be able to see the group information including the names of the students, class, registration number. You will also see the students' emails if they have updated via their account. Click on the "Mentor this Project" to become the mentor of the project. Take note that you will not be able to remove your mentorship with you login. Any removal can only  be done be the Project Work Administrator. Please be extra careful when clicking on the "Mentor this Project".

Once you have selected your project, your name will appear in the Group Information Box. It will be viewable by everyone.

Kindly inform the students if they have not updated their email addresses.
